领导救护中心人事行政职能,作为救护中心总监的首席人力资源顾问和战略伙伴。
Lead the HR&Admin function for the rescue centre, acting as the primary HR advisor and strategic partner to the head of organisation.

Effectively manage the local HR&Admin team and daily operations.

Adapt and implement the HR initiatives to local needs.

Responsible for employee training and development, leading the development and implementation of training programs, and developing and implementing management talent planning.

运用技术(如HRIS、分析工具)优化HR流程。

本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学、组织发展等相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields).
优秀的英语书面及口语能力,且能听懂四川方言。
Fluent in English (written & spoken), with understanding of Sichuan dialect.

We are seeking to hire a licensed veterinarian who is enthusiastic about animal welfare and eager to grow into a full veterinary role within our Bear & Vet Team at Chengdu Bear Rescue Centre (CBRC), Chengdu, Sichuan province. The position will involve working closely with the whole veterinary team in providing veterinary care to bears, companion animals and local wildlife at the centre.

This is a developmental position, ideal for someone early in their veterinary career or transitioning into wildlife work. While the initial focus will be on Veterinary Assistant duties, including animal care, medication preparation and clinical support, the successful candidate will receive mentorship and hands-on training from our experienced international veterinary team to gradually take on more advanced veterinary responsibilities. Given the organisation will invest significant time and resources into training and mentoring, candidates should be prepared to commit to a minimum of 4 years of service (2 years training + 2 years post-training work).

二、任职要求/Job Requirements:
1.Degree in Veterinary Science.
持有兽医学学位。
2.Must hold a valid veterinary license in China.
必须持有有效的中国执业兽医资格证。
3.At least 2 years work experience as a veterinary assistant or veterinarian in a veterinary clinic and/or veterinary hospital.
至少2年在兽医诊所和/或兽医院担任兽医助理或兽医的工作经验。
4.Willingness to begin with vet nurse-level tasks and learn progressively.

5.Agrees to serve the organization for a minimum of 2 years after the 2-year training period.

6.Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

后勤保障组员工
主要工作内容:
1.根据熊丰容项目的需求,给熊制作所有丰容玩具和设施。
2.收集和/或移动材料(原木/石头堆、绿植或垫料)和草场玩具
3.负责给熊区草场做园林维护,包括草场美观、安全和生物安全
4.负责熊的转运工作。
5.完成直属管理人员制定和分配的其他可完成的任务。

1.身体健康,能吃苦耐劳。

2. 有较强的组织能力和应变能力以及较强的服务意识;
3. 认同动物福利相关理念,有饱满的工作热情;
4. 性别不限,大专或以上学历,语言表达能力流畅(英文讲解员要求口语流利,大学英语四级或同等级别以上);
5. 有相关讲解员工作经验者优先考虑。
三、岗位职责:
1. 负责救护中心开放日、非开放日等活动现场讲解、接待工作;
2. 负责救护中心知识的传播;
3. 负责救护中心义卖室的秩序管理;
4. 负责救护中心参观活动的组织与执行。
